If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us at orders@monkeywear.ca and we will work with you to fix the situation.

If you decide you want to return or exchange a product, we will arrange that for you, just email us at orders@monkeywear.ca within 30 days of purchase. All exchanges and returns must be returned in their original packaging and in unworn/unwashed condition, along with the original online purchase confirmation. Refunds are issued once product has been received by Monkeywear Inc. You are responsible for the cost of shipping, and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Any products purchased from one of our retail partners, fall under that retail store's return policy, please contact the store you purchased it from.
